Natt's Orchids Inc

I had a disappointing experience: many orchids didn't have a name tag or the tag was handwritten in pencil, which in many cases it was faded, smudged, or simply hard to read. There were hardly any pictures of what the orchid flowers looked like for any given section, so walking around searching the orchids on my phone to figure out what hybrid or species I was looking at in a pot became totally impractical and time-consuming. I also noticed that many orchids on display weren't looking healthy. Additionally, after driving for over an hour to reach the establishment, I asked the employee for a restroom, only to hear that the bathroom was in the owner's home adjacent to the greenhouse but because they were out my only choice was to drive to the nearest shops to find a bathroom (I had called two days prior to my visit to double check they would be open and to let them know I was planning to visit, just as their website asks). In conclusion I would say that the overall experience didn't justify their prices which are somewhat higher than other orchid vendors. I would suggest the owners to look at a place like Hausermann's (which I highly recommend) to make some much needed adjustments.

First time coming and I am delighted to say I’d be back! I recommend that you call ahead of time to say that you’re coming, but other than that it was a super cozy and pleasant experience being there! The owners are really helpful (even to beginners like me haha) and will help you choose the best plant. The green house is huge! I recommend that you look through everything!! Prices are reasonable and plants are very well kept.

May will mark the third time I’m ordering from Natt! They have the widest selection of orchids at a fantastic price! My plants always arrive super healthy and well wrapped. I can’t tell you how happy I am to have found them! I highly recommend

This place has been on my list for a while and stopped by today when we were in the area. There is a sign on the street and felt like I was in the wrong place because it’s behind a house. Pull to the back garage where you’ll see the greenhouses and enter into the garage and go through the door that says enter. This is amazing hidden gem that blew me away with the beautiful orchids. I met Natt and his wife who are the caretakers of these beautiful orchids that they have been tending for 30 years. So many awards and it’s like you fell into a flower fantasy! Truly an incredible place.

Beautiful greenhouse located behind a home. I had gotten a bulbophyllum as an online order about 3 years ago that is thriving currently, but today was my first time visiting Natt’s in person. I bought 2 new orchids today and will definitely be back for more! Online ordering with them is super easy as well. All of their plants are in extremely healthy condition, greenhouse is very well maintained.
